Hotel Leon - Gijon

Location was excelent. 5 minutes from bus and train stations. 20 minutes from gijon fortball stadium both walking. V

For the price uou can't cooplain and it was better than expected. Its old style.

The staff could not have been more helpful.The hotel is a short walk to the beach, the bus and train stations and is surrounded by many bars.

The hotel cafeteria seemed expensive compared to other cafes and the laundry also was expensive.

Decent, clean, fairly priced 3-star hotel not too far from beach or historic city center

Location was very convenient. The hotel staff was willing to help. The room was small but cozy and clean.

Noise from the other rooms and outside was terrible. I was annoyed by that almost every day during my stay.

Very well located, close to all city sites of interest and to the beach. Good public transport. Hotel is good value for money.

The rooms facing the inner yard were not very pleasant, but the hotel staff was kind and changed my room facing the quite street.

Wireless internet doesn't work in some rooms. Single rooms are very very small indeed. Rooms that face on to the street are a bit noisy.

La limpieza de la habitacion

I did the reservation with the specific request to be a room with an exterior window and they gave me a room with a window towards a small space thats smelled like garbage,no view,no air.They said that there is no other room and they did not really care about my specific request.Then they did have other room and changed it.The atitud of reception was horrible,one of the worst that I have ever ecountered in my travels.The price was high and the confort zero because the windows do not really close well and the noise is just awfull.The put a warning in the bath about that the hot water could reach 70 degrees also.This hotel should not be booked even if your life depend on it.

The location is good and the staff very friendly.

It was smelling the cigarette in my room and the Wifi internet connection was not working in my room.

Room was of low quality for the price we paid - although it was during Easter which probably increases the price. No garage

Friendly staff but lack of English and my lack of Spanish made for small problems at times, but nothing that a small dictionary did not solve. Nice location for shops and the sea front - a sports bar over the road was very convenient for watching English football and Formula 1.

Price, location and staff

The room color is a little bit dark, it would be better to use bright color for the interior of the rooms because the room is not big and the dark color make it look as tinier.

Very nice and comfortable above all in this price this is much better then most of the big stars hotel....

Great location, a minutes walk to Plaza San Martin, right in the heart of the old town area. Room was modern and clean, staff friendly.
